Biography

I have been practicing law since 1991. My interest in personal injury was originally sparked by a serious automobile accident I was in while in college.  Having survived being ejected from our automobile and fracturing several vertebrae, made me empathetic to the plight my injured clients were suffering through.

This has manifested in a deep desire to help my clients receive adequate compensation to allow them to return to a quality of life similar to what they enjoyed prior to their injury. I firmly believe that the best way to achieve a fair settlement is to be ready, willing and able to try a case to a jury.

I have strived to provide my clients with the best possible representation. In order to further this goal, I have attended and graduated from Jerry Spence's Trail Lawyer's College. This is a very unique experience of spending in excess of three weeks with top trial lawyers from all over the country at a ranch in Wyoming. This allowed me the opportunity of perfecting the art of being a Trial Lawyer while learning to try a case from the heart as well as the head.

I continually strive to never stop learning and to think outside of the box to find a way to get a better result for my clients
